We "developed" a new indicator we called OE.
The indicator counts the time (in seconds) the future (in this case NQ) persists after a true uptick (and downtick) occured. A true uptick is considered to be an ask trade +1 tick, means not just an ask trade. Same is valid for the downtick, bid trade -1 tick. Then the timer starts to count the time.
